离心泵故障的系统原因分析及对策

摘要(Abstract):

离心泵故障在化工企业中非常多见 ,按故障发生的原因可分为离心泵本身机械故障和循环系统引起的泵故障。本文着重就引起离心泵故障的几种常见工艺系统原因进行了探讨 ,并提出了简单易行的解决方法。
Centrifugal pump failure often happening at chemical plant can be separated into two sorts by the reason to the failure.One is mechanical failure,the other is caused by bad circle system design.The main system factors of centrifugal pump failure are analyzed and the simple countermeasure was pointed out.
