调节阀柱塞型阀芯形面数学模型推导
Inferential Reasoning on the Mathematical Model of Value Plug of Control Value

摘要(Abstract):

依据调节阀流量特性的定义,采用曲线包络的数学方法,推导出了直线和等百分比流量特性柱塞型阀芯形面的数学模型,并通过实例对所建模型进行了验证。该数学模型可为调节阀柱塞型阀芯形面的计算机辅助设计(CAD)提供理论依据,具有一定的工程实际意义。
According to the definition of the flow characteristics of control value,adopting the curve-envelope method,the value plug equations of the linear flow characteristic and the equal-percentage characteristic was derived,and also the examples was take to verify them.The mathematical model can be a better theoretical base of CAD of the value plug,and it is also full of realistic meanings in engineering.
