新型压汽闪蒸海水淡化装置样机研制与改进分析

摘要(Abstract):

对压汽闪蒸海水淡化工艺流程及设计参数进行了研究,在此基础上完成了首台压汽闪蒸海水淡化装置样机的设计与制造,样机成功产出高纯度淡水。得到了样机初步性能测试数据,证明了压汽闪蒸海水淡化工艺的可行性。通过对压汽闪蒸海水淡化实验系统进行可用能分析,为系统优化和设备改进提供理论依据。压汽机的选型及其效率,取用淡水的换热器和排放海水的回热器在选型时,其换热面积和换热效率等至关重要的,几者之间合理选用和匹配将是压汽闪蒸海水淡化工艺大幅度增加产水量以及降低吨水电耗的关键。按上述技术方案对样机进行改进,可解决初样试验结论与理论计算存在较大偏差,预计其产水量提高且单位产水能耗将有显著降低。
Depending on the optimization of calculating results of the thermal physical parameters in the process. The first VCF desalination device has been accomplished on the design and manufacture based on the preliminary study. The preliminary test data of prototype performance has been attained which confirmed the feasibility of VCF desalination process. It can be known from the exergy analysis which is the most important factor,such as the rational design of the flash tank,the type selection and its efficiency of the vapor compressor,the heat transfer area and heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger for taking the the product water and the regenerator for discharging seawater. The rational selection and matching of the above factors is the key to the substantial increase of product water output and decrease of the electrical power consumption per ton the product water of VCF seawater desalination technology. It points out the direction to make efforts for the performance enhancement of VCF seawater desalination device.
