摘要(Abstract):
改善沼气热能品质的最核心环节是脱除混合气体中的二氧化碳。在化学方法脱除效果不理想的情况下,结合甲烷和二氧化碳的物性差异,对压缩机的冷却结构进行了改进设计,在第三级冷却管后设计了高压气液分离器。使甲烷和二氧化碳的混合气经第三级压缩后,在冷却管道内变成气液二相流,再将二相流组分引入高压液气分离器,分离出液态二氧化碳,同时将高品质甲烷送入第四级气缸进行压缩。
The most important step on improving energy quality of biogas is to remove the Carbon dioxide,but it doesn't good to use the chemical method to do it.According to the difference on physical property between Methane and Carbon dioxide,changed the cooling structure,a high pressure gas-fluid separator after the third level cooling pipeline was designed.The design changed mixture gas into two phase fluid after the third compression,then the two phase fluid was delivered to the high pressure gas-fluid separator.Nearly all the Carbon dioxide was separated there,meanwhile,the high quality Methane was delivered to the forth air cylinder.
