旋叶式汽车空调压缩机启动特性瞬态分析

摘要(Abstract):

在汽车空调试验台上,测试了标准工况下旋叶式汽车空调压缩机从启动到稳定过程中,吸排气温度、吸排气压力、制冷量及COP等参数随时间的变化关系曲线。分析了影响其启动过程的主要因素,并提出了一些合理措施。
The experiment is conducted on a test-rig of compressor for automobile air conditioner under standard air condition,and some parameters of the automobile air conditioner are measured during startup,such as suction and discharge temperature,suction and discharge pressure,refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance.The main factors influencing the transient characteristics of startup are studied,and some reasonable measures are proposed.
