多联式空调机组APF影响因素的研究

摘要(Abstract):

新版多联式空调(热泵)机组国家标准GB/T 18837-2015采用全年性能系数(APF)作为其性能评价标准,基于已有的家用空调器中APF研究分析,针对参与多联式空调(热泵)机组APF值计算的各工况点参数进行分析,理论分析各工况点对APF的影响因素,并对影响程度进行排序。结果显示影响APF的因素分为4个独立影响因素和3组非独立影响因素。以实际测试多联机组为例,对机组的逻辑改进提高实测APF值,验证对APF的影响因素的理论分析。
APF is used as performance evaluation parameter in the new revised standard GB/T 18837-2015 multi-connected air-condition(heat pump) unit. Based on the APF research and analysis of room air conditioner, the parameters in each test conditions that participate in the APF calculation of multi-connected air-condition(heat pump) unit are analyzed. Each test condition's influence factors and their rank are theoretically analyzed. The result shows there are 4 independent factors and 3 dependent factors of APF calculation. Based on the test unit as an example, the control program of the unit is optimized to improve APF, which is certified the theoretical analysis of APF's influence factors.
