爪式流体机械啮合间隙对工作过程的影响

摘要(Abstract):

分析了爪式流体机械工作全过程包括吸气、压缩、排气和混合过程的工作特性;运用变质量系统增压过程方程和数值模拟方法讨论了工作过程中工作腔内压力、质量等参数随旋转密封面啮合间隙大小的变化关系;得到了不同间隙下爪式流体机械内压缩过程和混合过程的泄漏规律;研究内容有助于爪式流体机械的设计、加工、装配和性能的提高。
The working process of suction,compression and discharge in the claw-type fluid machine was analyzed.To obtain the leakage law of the claw-type fluid machine's compression process and the mixing process under different clearance,the variable mass thermodynamics system and numerical simulation method were used to investigate the changing rules between the state parameters,such as pressure and mass of the compression chamber,and the meshing clearance of rotating seal faces.The results help to the claw-type fluid machine's design,processing,assembly and improving the performance of fabrication.
