基于流量分区的变压力节能集群控制系统分析

摘要(Abstract):

冷却源集群系统作为一种高效节能的后台供应系统,在制冷空调大型试验中心的应用日益广泛。针对常规变频恒压供应系统在节能方面存在的局限性,提出一种基于流量分区的变压力节能控制策略,进一步提升冷却源集群系统的节能潜力,并结合工程实例,通过数值仿真对比优化前后的能耗。结果表明,优化后的控制策略全年节能率约为11.1%。
As a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving background supply system,the cooling source cluster system is widely used in the large-scale test center of refrigeration and air conditioning.With respect to the energy-saving limitations of conventional variable-frequency constant pressure water supply system,a variable pressure and energy-saving control strategy with flowrate zoning was proposed to further tap up the energy-saving potential of the cooling source cluster system,and the energy consumption before and after optimization was compared by numerical simulation in combination with engineering examples.The results show that the optimized control strategy can save energy by about 11.1%.
