节能型恒温恒湿空调机组的解耦控制研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对恒温恒湿空调运行的高能耗问题,设计了一种节能型恒温恒湿机组,机组结合了冷凝热回收装置-变容量系统等节能手段。本文针对恒温恒湿空调系统控制回路中温湿度之间的耦合作用,设计前馈补偿解耦器解除温湿度控制回路间的耦合关系,并用Matlab进行解耦仿真。结果表明加入解耦器后达到了解耦的控制效果,为温湿度控制提供了一种行之有效的方法。
According to the high energy consumption problems of the constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning operation,designed a kind of energy-saving constant temperature and humidity unit,it use some way called condensation heat recovery unit-variable volume system to save the energy. Aiming at coupling between temperature and humidity of control loop in constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning system,designed a Feedforward compensation decoupling unit to release the coupling between temperature and humidity of control loop,and it simulation to decoupling by used Matlab. The results show that it achieve control effect of decoupling by used decoupling unit,it provides an effective method for temperature and humidity control.
