刚性转子式叶片泵最佳过渡曲线的研究

摘要(Abstract):

指出了常见过渡曲线存在的问题及其对叶片泵性能的影响,根据叶片泵最佳过渡曲线满足的条件,在系统分析的基础上得出刚性转子式叶片泵最佳过渡曲线方程。通过噪声和振动实验验证该定子过渡曲线优于目前刚性转子式叶片泵的过渡曲线,对研制高性能刚性转子式叶片泵结构理论有参考价值。
Problems of normal transitional curves and the effects of which on the performance of rigid rotator model vane pump is pointed out.According to the conditions that vane pump optimal transitional curve must be satisfied,the rigid rotator model vane pump optimal transitional curve equation is deduced on the basis of systematic analysis.The noise and vibration tests show that this transitional curve is better than normal ones,which provides the reference for studying high performance rigid rotator model vane pump.
