两种射流打击油泥冲击破坏效应的试验研究Experimental Study on Impact Breakage Effect of Two Types of Jet Impinging Oil Sludge

摘要(Abstract):
为比较连续射流和脉冲射流打击性能特点,在自行建立的射流打击性能实验台上测定了多种工况下两种射流的时均打击力,针对最优工况进行了两种射流打击油泥的试验,比较了油泥在两种射流冲击下的破坏效应,结果表明脉冲射流对油泥的冲击破坏速度和效果明显优于连续射流。
To research the differences of impinging characteristic between continuous jet and pulsed jet,Time-averaged impact force of two type of jets in serials of structural and operate parameters were tested on the self-established experiment.According to the optimal range of structural and operate parameters,the experiment for impinging the oil sludge with the two types of jet is carried out,and the impact breakage effect of the two jets is compared.The results show that the speed and effect of pulsed jet impacting the oil sludge are obviously superior to those of continuous jet.
