逆流冷凝塔热泵系统热质交换过程数值模拟研究

摘要(Abstract):

冷凝塔作为冷凝式热泵系统的重要组成部分,其热质交换过程对于降低能耗及热泵系统设计具有重要意义。以逆流冷凝塔热泵系统形式为基础,通过建立冷凝塔内热质交换过程的数学模型,推导出热质交换过程的通用计算方程组,并以贵阳地区的气象参数为参考,对不同工况下塔内热质交换情况进行模拟计算及具体分析。研究结果表明,不同入口空气参数对溶液温度、冷凝塔进出溶液温差等设计参数有很大影响,通过设计前对冷凝塔内部传热传质过程的模拟计算,能够有效指导冷凝塔和整个热泵系统运行工况的设计,且在系统运行时能够对不同外部条件下设备的调节及保护操作进行预判断。所得结果对冷凝塔的设计选型及热泵系统的实际运行具有重要意义。
Condensing tower is an important part of condensing heat pump system,its heat and mass transfer process is of important significance for reduction of energy consumption and heat pump system design.Based on the form of a counter-flow condensing tower heat pump system,the mathematical model of the heat and mass transfer process in the condensing tower is established to derive the general calculation equation sets for the heat and mass transfer process.And in combination with Matlab software and by taking the meteorological parameters of Guiyang area as reference,the calculation and analysis of the heat and mass transfer conditions in the tower under different working conditions are carried out.The results indicate that different inlet air status parameters have great impact on design parameters such as temperature and temperature difference of the solution entering and leaving the condensing tower.The analog computation of heat and mass transfer process in condensing tower before design can guide the design of operating conditions of the condensing tower and the whole heat pump system,and also can make pre-judgment for equipment adjustment and protection under different weather conditions.The obtained simulation results are of great significance to the design and type selection of the condensing tower and the actual operation of the heat pump system.
