涡流管制冷试验分析Research on Experiment of Vortex Tube

摘要(Abstract):
通过大量试验并结合参考文献资料进行了分析,认为涡流管温度分离模型为:压缩气体经喷嘴进入涡流室后分为三种流动情况,外旋流压缩,中间分界面,内旋流膨胀过程。内旋流膨胀是涡流管制冷的原因,而热管的热传递是涡流管主要的能量。
This paper discovers vortex tube temperature separation mode.A lot of experiments was conducted companied with theoretical research.The experiments results shows that the compression air goes into the vortex chamber through nozzle.Three different flow conditions was divided: external rotational flow compression,middle interface,inner rotational flow expansion.The paper indicated the inner rotational flow expansion is the reason of refrigeration of vortex tube,and the thermal conduction is the main energy of the vortex tube.
