变制冷剂流量制冷系统运行稳定性试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

搭建变制冷剂流量制冷循环实验台,分析试验结果,对比影响定容量压缩机制冷系统稳定运行的因素,确定影响变频系统稳定运行的两个主要因素:(1)蒸发器完全蒸干点在蒸发器出口处随机振荡;(2)蒸发器最小稳定过热度。
An variable refrigerat volume refrigeration loop test tig was built up.Analysed the causes of unstable operation according to the experimentsal results and the study on stability of constant-capcity refrigeration system.It is pointed out that there are two main elements influencing the operational stability of a refrigeration system having a inverter compressor:The random vibration of the fully dried out point of evaporators and the minimal stable superheat.
