摘要(Abstract):

煤气化工艺的净化装置变换单元,尤其是汽提系统冷凝液的管道及阀门,腐蚀严重,使用寿命非常短。在实际运行过程中,为了解决阀门的腐蚀问题,延长使用寿命,分析了其工况特点,在材料选用上进行了实际运行研究,改进后的阀门的使用寿命达到了预期。
In purifying unit of coal gasification,serious corrosion phenomena usually occur to pipes and valves,mainly in the shift unit,especially the stripping condensate pipes and valves,and the life of pipeline and valve service is very shorter. In actual process operation,to solve the corrosion problem of the valve and extend the service life of the pipeline and valves,we have carefully analyzed the process condition,studied the related materials,and achieved successful application experience.
