摘要(Abstract):

以液体安全阀为研究对象,从实测阀门流量系数及其与流阻损失的关系入手,运用CFD方法计算阀内流场形态,分析液体安全阀流阻损失产生的原因及对阀门排量性能造成的影响。运用总结得到的产生流阻损失的规律,形成相关流道结构的设计准则,应用于指导实际工程设计中。
Taking liquid condition PRV as its research object,the connection between tested PRV flow factor and flow resistance was studied.Using CFD simulation method to calculate the inside flow distribution,analyzes the main area of the flow resistance with its causing reason,and finally evaluates the influence to the PRV discharge performance.This paper adjusts the flow structure of PRV based on the gained flow resistance pattern,and creates a relevant flow structure design standard to apply the actual engineering design which could meet the ASME discharge performance requirements.
