调压装置安全切断阀性能测试及故障分析

摘要(Abstract):

通过对国内外4家制造商的安全切断阀进行对比测试,重点跟踪国产化产品的质量,了解其使用效果。对测试数据分析处理后发现:随服役时间的增加,阀门内密封性能明显降低,超压切断压力精度、响应时间等关键性能无明显降低趋势,阀门超压切断的稳定性降低。阀门后期维护及产品优化应重点放在改善阀座密封面的耐冲刷性及提升切断机构的稳定性上面。
Through the comparative test of the safety cut-off valves of four domestic and foreign manufacturers,the quality of domestic products was mainly tracked to understand their use effects.After analyzing and processing the test data,it was found that:with the increase of service time,the sealing performance of the valves decreased significantly,the key performance such as the trip pressure accuracy of overpressure and response time showed no significant trend of decrease,and the stability of overpressure trip of the valve decreased.Future maintenance and product optimization of the valve should focus on improving the scour resistance of the sealing surface of the valve seat and improving the stability of the shut-off mechanism.
