直筒型导叶直流式三相旋流器气相流场的试验研究与数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

采用FLUENT软件对三相旋流器的内部气相流场进行了数值模拟。分别选用标准k-ε模型、RNGk-ε模型及RSM模型进行了模拟计算,并将模拟计算结果与实验值进行了对比。结果表明,采用RSM模型得到的模拟结果同实验值吻合良好,可以采用该模型对三相旋流器的内部气相流场进行预测。
The simulation of the internal gas field in the three-phase cyclone is conducted using a commercial software——FLUENT. The standard k-ε model, RNG k-ε model, RSM model are chosen respectively to calculate these gas field. The simulation results of the three turbulent models are compared with the experimental values. And a good agreement is found between the simulation results of RSM model and experimental values. Therefore the conclusion can be drawn that RSM model can be used in the prediction of the internal gas field.
