直热式空气源CO_2热泵热水器系统运行特性试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

设计了一种直热式空气源CO_2热泵热水器系统,利用试验研究的方法研究了环境温度、气冷器冷却水入水温度及流量对系统性能的影响。试验结果表明:设计的空气源CO_2热泵热水器系统,其系统能效系数(COP_h)基本达到了国家标准;环境温度、气冷器冷却水入水温度以及流量对系统COP_h、系统制热量以及气冷器出水温度的影响显著。通过调节热泵热水器系统低温热源温度、气冷器冷却水入水温度及流量,可改善系统COP_h,提高系统制热量以及气冷器出水温度。
A direct heating air source CO_2 heat pump water heater system was designed in this paper,and the effects of ambient temperature,the inlet temperature and the flow rate of the cooling water in air cooler on the system performance were studied by experimental methods.The experimental results show that the COP_h of the designed air source CO_2 heat pump water heater system basically reaches the national standard;the ambient temperature,the inlet temperature and the flow rate of the cooling water in the air cooler have significant influence on the COP_h and the heating capacity of the system and the outlet temperature of the air cooler.By regulating the temperature of the low-temperature heat source of the heat pump water heater system,the inlet temperature and the flow rate of the cooling water in the air cooler,the COP_h and heating capacity of the system and the outlet temperature of the air cooler can be improved.
