离心油泵滑移系数的计算

摘要(Abstract):

在离心油泵的设计中,滑移系数的计算是一个不可忽视的问题,目前还没有离心油泵滑移系数的计算公式,设计者只好借用国外清水泵的计算公式,致使所设计的离心油泵性能较差。在分析已有滑移系数计算公式的基础上,通过对我国常用离心水泵的实验结果进行分析计算,得到了新的离心水泵滑移系数计算公式;然后考虑粘度的影响,推导出了离心油泵滑移系数的计算公式,计算值与实验值的一致性说明此公式可以用于离心油泵滑移系数的计算。
To the optimism design of the centrifugal oil pump,the slip factor's calculation is a noticeable question.At present,there isn't any formula that can calculate the centrifugal oil pumps' slip factor.So designers have to use the centrifugal pumps' formula.But the designed oil pumps' performance isn't very good.This paper first analyzed the existed slip factor's formulas,they are found not suit for our country s pump.Then studied the experiment data of some widely used centrifugal pumps,a new formula was gained.Based on this formula,through considering the effect of viscosity and analyzing the centrifugal oil pump experiment data,the centrifugal oil pump's slip factor was gained.The good consistency of the computation and the experiment data states this formula can be used in the design of centrifugal oil pump.
