摘要(Abstract)：

综述了近年来非接触式机械密封中的发展概况,重点介绍了激光加工技术以及在机械密封端面改形及其表面处理的应用。机械密封通过端面改形技术,端面被加工成规则的螺旋槽形、微凹坑、人字形等形状,改善密封性能,实现密封的非接触,零泄露。激光技术的成熟与产品性能要求的提高是非接触式动压型机械密封发展的强大动力。尽管目前激光加工机械密封的研究应用还存在许多不足,但激光加工无疑是21世纪机械密封发展的一大趋势。
The development of non-contact mechanical seal was summarized,it is very important to introduce the laser texture technique and its application in figuration and face processing of mechanical seal.Its face can be processed spiral,micro-hole and other figures in order to improve seal's performance by figuration techniques.They are great powers for the development of non-contact mechanical seal,that is,the laser techniques and enhancement of performance in need.Although the research and application of laser textured mechanical seal has some shortage,it is the future for mechanical seal in the 21st century without question.
