高端超高压水切割机的水平标志
Sign of the High-end Ultra-high Pressure Waterjet Cutting Machine Development Level

摘要(Abstract):

为了发展中国的超高压水切割机产业,中国制定并实施了国家标准《超高压水切割机》(GB/T26136—2010),它为压力为400MPa以下的大路产品提供了生产、检验等技术规范。然而,近年来水切割工艺越来越偏离传统的石材、玻璃、钢板切割等市场,向复合材料成型加工转变,针对大尺度曲面复合材料加工和耐高温超硬复合材料零件加工两大用途,高端超高压水切割机成套装备进入研发阶段。这种产品应具备以下水平标志:(1)工作压力达到500MPa,流量6L/min,以具备相应的切割效率;(2)五轴联动控制切割头的灵活、准确作业;(3)大尺度点阵浮动切割平台确保大尺度曲面的定位;(4)加工测量一体化与误差自动补偿技术;(5)具备车、铣、钻、抛光为一体的仿机加工工艺。上述高端水切割机的实现,使水切割工艺进入到一个加工特种材料、异形切割和加工异形的崭新的领域。
In order to develop the ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting machine industry,the government formulate national standard 《Ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting machine》( GB / T 23136- 2010),this standards provide technical manual for the machine which pressure lower than 400 MPa. Then,at the technology developing,a lot of waterjet machine used for cutting composite material. Especially for the use of large scale surface and high temperature resistance composite material,the researches of this high-end machine in continue. Now,the levels for this high-end machine as follows:( 1) the work pressure must higher than500 MPa,flow must bigger than 6L / min,in order to get the cutting efficiency;( 2) the cutting nozzle which must have Five-axis CNC system Motion control;( 3) Large scale Lattice floating cutting platform make sure the large floating surface fixed position;( 4) Processing and measurement on a set of equipment and have the error compensation automatic technology;( 5) As the same as the machining process have the turning ability,milling ability,drill ability and polishing ability.
