可燃冷媒制冷器具实验室防爆系统的设计与模拟

摘要(Abstract):

对可燃冷媒器具实验室的安全报警系统和紧急排风系统进行了设计;为了确定紧急排风系统的最佳设计方案,以可燃制冷剂R32为工质,针对紧急排风系统中的排风口和进风口位置,设计了2种方案,采用Fluent模拟得到了2种方案下实验室内R32浓度分布图及浓度变化曲线,通过对比发现方案2为最佳。因此,在紧急排风系统的最佳设计方案下使可燃冷媒制冷器具测试实验室的安全得到保障。
The security alarm systems and emergency exhaust systems of flammable refrigerant appliance laboratory was designed;In order to get the best design of the emergency exhaust system,the flammable refrigerant R32 is used as the working fluid,As for the outlet and inlet for emergency exhaust systems,there are two kinds of schemes,the Fluent software simulation is used with the two schemes,obtaining R32 concentration distribution and concentration change curve in the laboratory,In comparison,the scheme 2 is the best.Therefore,the optimal design of the emergency exhaust system has been determined to ensure the safety of flammablerefrigerant appliance laboratory.
