摘要(Abstract)：

从单螺杆泵的工作原理和阻力功耗分析入手,提出一种改变单螺杆泵衬套截面形状的方案。衬套截面形状改变后,不但可以减小无用功消耗,提高泵的效率,而且可以降低衬套制作难度,具有明显的经济效益。
A project is established in order to change the section shape of the eccentric helical rotor pump by making use of its operating principle and power consumption analysis.The section shape changing of the eccentric helical rotor pump can bring several benefits involving idle work decreasing,pump power advance,the difficulty lowers of bush production,and economic benefit.
