螺旋槽气膜浮环密封结构参数设计分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了螺旋槽气膜浮环密封的结构特点,利用CFD-FLUENT软件分析比较了普通浮环、无坝区螺旋槽浮环和有坝区螺旋槽浮环3种结构的密封性能,建立了螺旋槽几何结构参数变化对浮升力、泄漏量等影响的规律曲线。计算结果表明:有坝区螺旋槽浮环结构密封性能最好;螺旋槽结构参数对密封特性影响较大,综合考虑较小的泄漏量和较大的浮升力,取较小的螺旋角,槽数2630,槽长730,槽长79mm,槽深25μm左右,槽宽比0.5较适宜。
The structural characteristics of the spiral groove gas film floating ring seal was introduced.The seal performance of three types of floating ring-common,spiral groove with dam and spiral groove without dam,was compared and analyzed with CFD-FLUENT software.The related regular curves including hydrodynamic force and leakage were obtained with the change of spiral structure.The calculated results indicate that the performance of spiral groove with dam floating ring seal is the best;the inflections of spiral grooved parameter to the seal performance are outstanding;desiring for both low leakage rate and large hydrodynamic force,a small spiral angle,groove number of 26~30,groove length between 7mm and 9mm,groove depth about 25μm,groove width rate 0.5 are appropriate.
