替代工质冰箱温度变化规律的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

对制冷剂为CFC1 2及其替代工质HFC1 5 2a/HCFC2 2时的冰箱性能进行了实验研究。实验结果显示 ,HFC1 5 2a/HCFC2 2冰箱的冷却速度和耗电量指标均好于CFC1 2冰箱 ,说明HFC1 5 2a/HCFC2 2是一种理想的灌注式替代物。实验中还发现 ,替代工质冰箱内的温度变化规律与CFC1 2冰箱不同 ,可对制冷系统进行优化设计 ,以进一步提高替代工质冰箱的性能。
The refrigerator performance tests have been carried out using refrigerant CFC12 and its alternative refrigerant HFC152a/HCFC22. According to the experimental results, two indices of pull down speed and power consumption of the refrigerator using HFC152a/HCFC22 were better than that using CFC12. It is indicated that HFC152a/HCFC22 is an ideal drop in substitute. It is also showed that the temperature change regularity of refrigerator using alternative refrigerant is different from that using CFC12 from the experimental results. The performance of refrigerator using alternative refrigerant can be improved by optimization designing of refrigeration system.
