摘要(Abstract):
节能减排是当前研究工作的重中之重。为了废碱液的回收再利用,建立了一套基于机械压缩式热泵蒸发的碱液回收系统。在压缩机电机输入频率为36Hz,稀碱液入口流量为1870.5kg/h的稳定工况下,本试验系统运行参数能够满足设计要求;通过与传统二效蒸发浓缩系统进行对比分析显示,此系统具有更大的节能优势。
Energy conservation and emission reduction is the most important task of current research. In order to reuse waste lye,it was set up a lye recovery system based on mechanical compression heat pump evaporator. Under the stable conditions of the compressor frequency 36 Hz and Dilute lye inlet flow 1870. 5kg / h,the system operating parameters could meet the design requirement; Comparedwith the traditional two- effect evaporation concentration system,the results show that this system have greater saving advantages.
