摘要(Abstract):
对一种轴向柱塞泵主轴进行了动不平衡分析,结合其主轴的结构特点采用了两面动平衡校正方案.并在动平衡试验机上对主轴进行了动平衡实验。通过动平衡前后水压泵的噪声对比测试表明,动平衡可以大大减小泵的噪声。
Base on the structure characteristics of the mainshaft unit of an axial piston type water hydraulic pump,the mainshaft unit's dynamic unbalance is analyzed,and the double-faced dynamic balance correction method is adapted.Then experiment on the mainshaft unit's dynamic balance is performed using a dynamic balancing tester.Test results on the noise of the water hydraulic piston pump under balance and unbalance show that the mainshaft unit's dynamic balance has significant benefits to reduce the noise value of the pump.
