离心泵内低浓度固体颗粒运动的数值模拟Numerical Simulation for the Motion of Dilute Solid Particles in Centrifugal Pump

摘要(Abstract):
利用对颗粒在流场中的受力分析为基础的Eulerian-Lagrangian模型对离心式两相流泵内部稀相固体颗粒的运动情况进行了数值模拟。得出了不同粒径的颗粒在离心泵内运动的轨迹分布以及时间分布,并分析了颗粒粒径对其在泵内运动规律的影响,得出颗粒粒径在某一临界值上下时,颗粒在泵内分别有着大致相同的运动轨迹,为离心式两相流泵的设计及其性能的提高提供了一定的理论依据。
Based on the results of flow fields,particle tracks in varied sizes are achieved by using Eulerian-Lagrangian Method.In order to obtain definite conclusions,several trajectories of different diameters of particles were worked out and comparision between their results was carried out.The numerical calculation results are given visualized.When the diameters of particles are bigger than a certain threshold,or smaller than the numeral,the particles will have similar trajectory.The motion patterns given in this paper can prepared for the further development of solid-liquid two phase flow in centrifugal pump.
