基于NI软硬件平台封闭式压缩机振动转速的测量方法Measurement Method for Vibration and Speed of Hermetic Compressor Based on NI Software and Hardware Platform

摘要(Abstract):
振动和转速不仅是衡量压缩机性能的关键参数,也是用于压缩机故障诊断的指标。现有产品测试方法的精度较差且并不灵活;本文作者设计了一套高集成度测量解决方案:Access SQL+BCB+LabView+cDAQ+传感器,使用Labview函数对采集信号进行数据分析处理,提高频谱分辨率以实现测量精度。试验结果表明该测试平台兼具高准确性和灵活性。
Vibration and rotational speed not only are key parameters for measuring the performance of compressor,but also are the indicators used for fault diagnosis of compressor.The measurement precision of existing products is relatively poor and is not flexible;We designed a high-integration measurement solution:Access SQL + BCB + LabView + c DAQ + sensor,and use Labview functions to conduct data analysis and processing of the acquired signals to increase the spectrum resolution so as to achieve the measurement precision. The test results show that the test platform have high accuracy and flexibility at the same time.
