Steady-state Simulation of Heat Pump Water Heater Using the Combined-type Heat Pipe Evaporator in Sanitary Water Heat Recovery

摘要(Abstract):

建立了生活浊水余热热泵机组的稳态仿真模型,主要由压缩机,板式冷凝器,热力膨胀阀,组合式热管废热回收蒸发器系列部件模型组成。通过运行热泵试验台,收集了大量的试验数据,同时与仿真结果进行了比较和分析,仿真结果与试验结果一致性良好,并能反映系统运行过程中的参数变化。
A steady-state simulation model is established,the model consists of compressor,condenser,thermostatic expansion and the combined-type heat pipe evaporator.By running the entire heat pump system experimental platform,a large number of experimental date is collected through the tests,the experimental results is showed that simulation is very successful and match the running situation.
