安全阀密封性能试验测试精度研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了探究安全阀密封性能测试方法(气泡法)的测试精度,通过试验模拟安全阀泄漏情况,在微小气体体积流量030 cm3/min范围内分别考察了不同管子内径和水温对气泡在水中生成的影响,测算了每分钟生成的气泡数和气泡体积。并对实际待校验的安全阀进行了密封性能的验证性试验。结果表明,当其他条件固定,在微小气体体积流量下水中生成的气泡体积基本稳定不变,每分钟生成的气泡数与气体体积流量成正比。相同试验条件下,气泡数分别随着管子内径的减小、水温的增大而增大,而气泡体积随之变小。并通过试验拟合曲线,计算出相同气体体积流量下试验值与标准值的误差,从而得到测试精度范围。
In order to explore the test accuracy of the sealing performance test method of safety valve(bubble method),by simulating the leakage of the safety valve by tests,the effects of different pipe inner diameter and water temperature on the formation of bubbles in water in the range of the micro gas volume flow of 030 cm3/min范围内分别考察了不同管子内径和水温对气泡在水中生成的影响,测算了每分钟生成的气泡数和气泡体积。并对实际待校验的安全阀进行了密封性能的验证性试验。结果表明,当其他条件固定,在微小气体体积流量下水中生成的气泡体积基本稳定不变,每分钟生成的气泡数与气体体积流量成正比。相同试验条件下,气泡数分别随着管子内径的减小、水温的增大而增大,而气泡体积随之变小。并通过试验拟合曲线,计算出相同气体体积流量下试验值与标准值的误差,从而得到测试精度范围。
In order to explore the test accuracy of the sealing performance test method of safety valve(bubble method),by simulating the leakage of the safety valve by tests,the effects of different pipe inner diameter and water temperature on the formation of bubbles in water in the range of the micro gas volume flow of 030 cm30 cm3/min were investigated. The number of bubbles per minute and the volume of bubbles were calculated. Moreover,the sealing performance of the safety valve to be calibrated actually was verified. The results show that when the other conditions are fixed,the volume of the bubbles generated in water at the micro gas volume flow was basically stable,and the number of bubbles generated per minute was proportional to the gas volume flow. Under the same test conditions,the number of bubbles increases with the decrease of the inner diameter of the pipe and the increase of water temperature,while the volume of the bubbles decreases accordingly. The range of test accuracy was obtained by calculating the relative error between the test values and standard values at the same gas volume flow through the test fitting curve.
