恒温恒湿空调机组节能案例分析与探索

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种恒温恒湿空调机组节能改造实例:回收制冷系统的冷凝热量,替代现有电加热。对节能改造前后的运行数据进行研究分析,得出理论节能量和实测节能量数据具有一致性。节能改造实例表明:只要节能改造方案合理,回收恒温恒湿空调机组冷凝热量,替代现有的电加热和加湿,节能量能达到80%,局部的改造也能获得大收益。
Constant Temperature & Constant Humidity air conditioning unit energy saving renovation case was introduced: recover condensation heat of refrigerant system to replace the most of electrical heat.The operation data of the before and after energy saving renovation was analyzed.The saving energy result in theory which is same as actual measurement.If only energy saving renovation scheme is reasonable such as replacing present electrical heat by recovering condensation heat of constant temperature& constant humidity air conditioning unit,The rate of saving energy reach to 80%,renovation project can obtain a lot of benefits from partial renovation.
