叶片数对螺旋离心泵内部流场影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

利用工程上普遍采用的k-ε两方程模型和SIMPLE算法,对单叶片和双叶片螺旋离心泵的内部流场进行了数值模拟。得出了叶轮与蜗壳内的速度分布和压力分布等流场信息,比较了单叶片和双叶片螺旋离心泵的特性曲线,单叶片和双叶片螺旋离心泵内部流场的区别与联系,分析了叶片数对螺旋离心泵内部流动规律的影响。
The flow field in the screw centrifugal pump is simulated under the κ-ε two equation model by using the flow computing software Fluent.The distribution of the velocity,pressure,and flow inner clearance in the impeller and volute are discovered.Characteristics and the flow field in the screw centrifugal pump with single and double blade are compared.The affect of the blade number to the flow field in the screw centrifugal pump is analyzed.
