高压往复压缩机管道振动测试分析与应用

摘要(Abstract):

提出了应用LMS Test.lab和Bentley AutoPIPE相结合进行往复压缩机管道系统振动测试的新方法,利用LMS Test.lab软件、LMS SCADAS Mobile可扩展数据采集前端及相关硬件,搭建了往复压缩机管道振动测试分析系统,对北京某管道公司高压压缩机管道系统的试验模态和工作模态进行了测试分析,并对测试结果与Bentley AutoPIPE计算出的理论模态结果进行了对比。根据模态分析的结论,制定了合理的减振方案,减振措施现场实施后效果显著,验证了本文模态分析方法的正确及有效性。
A new method was proposed for vibration measurement of reciprocating compressor pipeline by using LMS Test. lab and Bentley Auto PIPE. The data acquisition front end and the relevant hardware can be extended based on LMS Test. Lab and LMS SCADAS Mobile and the vibration measurement system of high pressure reciprocating compressor pipeline belonged to a Beijing pipeline company was established. Experimental modal and operational modal of the pipeline system was measured,and those results were compared with the theoretical modes results calculated by Bentley AutoPIPE. According to the modes results,the solutions for vibration reduction can be found,and the excellent efficiency can provide the correctness and effectiveness of modal analysis.
