三偏心蝶阀回转中心的快速优化设计

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种结合Solidworks二维作图软件,在避免干涉情况下,快速确定三偏心蝶阀回转中心位置的方法。用该方法同时可求得最小径向偏心量,控制了三偏心蝶阀的启闭力矩而且提高了反向密封性能。在优化的同时大大简化了三偏心蝶阀的设计。
Introduce a method that determine the rotation center of triple eccentric butterfly valve quickly and avoid interference by two- dimension drawing of Solidworks software. In this way can get the minimum length of the radial eccentricity of triple eccentric butterfly valve and control the opening and closing torque and enhance the reverse seal ability of triple eccentric butterfly.the design of three eccentric butterfly valve will be greatly optimized and simplified in this way.
