卧式敞开式低温陈列柜送风口结构改进的试验研究Experimental Research on the Outlet Structure Amelioration of Open Horizontal Low Temperature Display Case

摘要(Abstract):
风幕性能直接影响敞开式低温陈列柜的性能。试验研究了送风口结构的改进对风幕特性及陈列柜性能的影响,结果表明,送风口改进后,风幕各层的送风速度分布更趋合理性,送风速度沿陈列柜长度方向的均匀性提高了29.2%,送风温度均匀性提高了42.1%,柜内温度场均匀性提高了27.0%,单周期的融霜水量减少了14.8%,单周期功率消耗减少了7.4%。改进后的送风口结构不仅优化了风幕特性,而且提高了陈列柜的运行性能。
The air curtain characteristics directly influence the performance of open horizontal low temperature display case.The effects of the outlet structure amelioration on the characteristics of air curtain and the performance of the display case are experimentally investigated in this paper.The results show that the outlet speed uniformity along the length of display case increased by 29.2%,the uniformity of outlet temperature increased by 42.1%,the uniformity of temperature field inside the display case raised by 27.0%,the amount of single-cycle defrost water reduced by 14.8%,single-cycle power consumption decreased by 7.4%.The improved air curtain outlet structure can ameliorate not only the characteristics of the air curtain but also the performance of the display case.
