复合叶轮对高速部分流泵性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

利用FLUENT6.3.21软件,选取RNG k-ε湍流模型,采用同一蜗壳配二种不同结构形式叶轮的研究方案,对高速部分流泵的内部流场进行了值模拟和性能预测。通过比较分析,提出了采用复合叶轮能有效地降低曲线的陡降度,使泵的流量扬程曲线变的更加平坦,并能提高泵效率。
A numerical analysis of the entire flow field was conducted between two different impeller pump models by FLUENT6.3.21.It was explained the feasibility of the numerical analysis based on RNG k-ε turbulent model carried out on the high-speed part emission pump.Through a comparative analysis of the use of composite impeller can be dropped to reduce the degree of curve,so that the flow of pump head curves become more flat,and can increase the pump efficiency.
