抽油泵能耗机理数值仿真研究

摘要(Abstract):

应用CFX软件,建立了三维抽油泵仿真模型,利用动网格技术,对抽油泵进行了瞬态仿真分析,模拟计算了抽油泵整个冲程在不同工况时,泵阀水力损失、柱塞间隙容积损失和柱塞摩擦损失。计算结果表明冲次、井液含水率、泵径、泵间隙级别对抽油泵水力损失功率、容积损失效率和摩擦损失功率有不同的影响。
Applied CFX software,established three-dimensional simulation model of pump,using dynamic grid technology,carried out transient simulation analysis on the pump,simulated the valve hydraulic losses,plunger volume loss and plunger friction losses of the pump at different working conditions throughout the stroke.The results showed that the frequency,rate of water content,pump radius,and pump clearance-level have different effect on hydraulic losses,plunger volume losses and plunger friction losses of the pump.
