离心叶轮叶型参数化设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于最大流量设计原则,建立离心叶轮的基本结构与气动参数;采用子午型线设计、叶片中弧线设计和叶片厚度设计方法获得叶轮叶型的三维参数。以Eckardt计,并采用数值计算方法对新叶轮进行三维模拟,通过与原叶轮的性能对比验证了本文参数化设计的有效性。
Based on the principle of maximum mass flow,the basic structure and aerodynamic parameters of centrifugal impeller were established,and the 3D parameters were obtained by a design method that integrates the endwalls(hub and shroud)design,the blade camber curve design and the blade thickness design. A brand-new parametric design was carried out on the impeller with Eckardt impeller as the reference object and under the premise that the performance of the original design point is guaranteed. The numerical calculation method was used to carry out 3D simulation of the new impeller. The feasibility of parametric design herein was verified through comparison with the performance of the original impeller.
