基于离散相运移轨迹的新型旋流入口结构设计

摘要(Abstract):

以常规双锥液-液分离水力旋流器的切向双入口结构为研究对象,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,基于离散相模型(DPM),对离散相油滴在旋流入口处的不同入射位置点的运移轨迹进行分析。研究入射位置与油滴运移轨迹之间的规律,并依此对旋流入口进行分区。得出了常规双锥结构旋流器的双切向入口截面不同区域对油滴运移轨迹的影响规律。完成了决定离散相油滴被溢流捕获还是由底流逃逸的入口区域划分。并设计出一种可提高目标结构旋流器分离效率的新型入口结构。通过开展室内试验,对本文所设计新型入口结构进行了性能验证。
The double entry structure of conventional hydrocyclonewas the target.Basing on the Discrete Phase Modelof Fluent,themigration trajectory of discrete phase droplets was analyzed,which entered the hydrocyclone fromdifferent areaof the entrance.This papergained laws between incident position and themigration trajectory of discrete phase oil,dividedthe entrance into three areas.The incident areaof the entranceeffectson migration trajectory of discrete phase droplets was studied.A new entry structure was designed to improve the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone.Laboratory experimentswere carried out to validate the performance of new entry structure.
