复合式露点间接及板管式间接蒸发冷却器的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

在一定的二/一次风量比、水气比情况下,对复合式露点间接蒸发冷却器及板管式间接蒸发冷却器的湿球效率、降温幅度、间歇性喷水时间、耗水量等性能参数进行试验分析,并对这2种冷却器的性能特点及适用性进行对比分析。当风量接近2 000 m~3/h时,板管式间接蒸发冷却器流道较宽,使用灵活,适用性较强;而复合式露点间接蒸发冷却器降温效果、湿球效率、产冷量更大,但其相应的耗水量也更大。
Experimental analysis was carried out on the performance parameters such as the wet bulb efficiency,range of cooling,intermittent water spray time and water consumption of the combined dew point indirect evaporative cooler and plate-tube indirect evaporative cooler at a certain secondary/primary air volume ratio and water-air ratio.The performance characteristics and applicability of the two coolers were compared and analyzed. When the air flows of the two coolers are close to 2000 m~3/h,the plate-tube indirect evaporative cooler has a wide flow passage,flexible use and strong applicability,whereas the combined dew point indirect evaporative cooler has the advantages of greater cooling effect,wet bulb efficiency and cooling capacity,but its corresponding water consumption is also greater.
