固定球阀主密封副结构尺寸对密封性能的影响Influence of structare size of main sealing pair of fixed ball valve on sealing performance

摘要(Abstract):
选择NPS10 Class600硬密封固定球阀为研究对象,分析球体尺寸、阀座尺寸、摩擦系数等因素对密封性能的影响。将阀座密封结构尺寸分为四纵四横及角度共9个结构参量,建立有限元模型,分析工作条件下球阀密封副的变形及密封,并对阀座结构进行优化。结果表明:球体与阀座密封面的摩擦系数对最大密封间隙和变形量影响大;阀座高度方向的尺寸可显著提高阀座刚度以及密封副密封性。尺寸优化后密封效果提升显著。
NPS10 Class600 metal seated fixed ball valve was selected as the research object to analyze effects of sphere size,seat size,coefficient of friction and other factors on the performance of sealing seat.The size of sealing structure of valve seat is divided into four lengthwise,four horizontal and angle parameters,a total of nine structural parameters,the finite element model was established,the deformation and sealing of the ball valve sealing pair were analyzed under operating condition,and the valve seat structure was optimized.Results show that the coefficient of friction between the sphere and valve seat sealing surface has a great influence on the maximum sealing clearance and deformation;The size in the seat height direction can significantly improve the seat stiffness,and improve tightness of sealing pair.After the size optimization,the sealing effect is significantly improved.
