含油污砂净化处理技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

主要介绍了集输系统中油砂净化水力旋流器的结构特点、工作原理以及其室内实验研究情况。在对配制的含油砂样和油田现场取样砂样密度、粘度、粒度等物理特性进行研究的基础上,分析了流量、压力和原样含油率各项参数对旋流器洗砂效果的影响,并在此基础上确定最佳实验工况,选定合理的含油污砂净化处理方法。
The configuration characteristic and principles of the hydrocyclone used for cleaning the contaminated sand in the crude oil gather and transfer system and experiment in laboratory were introduced. The effect of parameters such as flow rate, pressure and oil content on hydrocyclone cleaning efficiency was analyzed on the basis of investigation on the density, viscosity and granularity of sand samples compounded and samples from oil field, then optimized experimental condition was determined and reasonable method to clean contaminated sand was selected.
