65Y60型离心油泵叶轮切割定律的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

试验研究了 6 5Y6 0型离心油泵在输送水和输送粘油时的叶轮切割定律 ,发现泵输送水时的切割定律与输送粘油时的有所不同。输送水时 ,叶轮切割后 ,泵的扬程、轴功率、效率都下降。但是输送粘油时 ,扬程、轴功率下降 ,而效率在切割量不大的情况下却有所提高。另外 ,切割量比较大时 ,各切割指数趋于某一定值。
The affinity law of impeller trim has been investigated experimentally for the centrifugal oil pump of type 65Y60 when handling water and viscous oil It is discovered that the affinity law for water is different from that for viscous oil in some degree. When pumping water, the head, shaft power and efficiency of the pump decrease with the reducing in impeller diameter. While handling viscous oil, however, the head and shaft power drop, yet the efficiency increases in some extent for a small reduction in impeller diameter. Additionally, the four exponents of the affinity law in flow rate, head, shaft power and efficiency, respectively, will approach certain values for a large reduction in impeller diameter.
