流态化分级影响因素的正交试验

摘要(Abstract):

通过正交试验 ,详细研究了主流流速、侧流后流速、加料量、料比等因素对分级效果的影响。结果表明 :工艺参数的控制主要在于流化分级中的操作速度 ,并获得了两组分颗粒物料的主流速度及侧流以后的速度
Some factors affecting classification efficiency, such as main-stream velocity, close rate, stock ratio is studied in deteil through orthogonal experiment. The control of process parameters mainly depending on operating velocity during fluidized classification is shown. The main-stream velocity of two component particles and velocity after effluence were obtained.
