摘要(Abstract):
基于流体仿真软件,并结合中继阀的物理结构,详细介绍了阀类运动部件的动态仿真分析方法,解决了传统试验手段无法实现内部流场测试的局限性问题。根据实际工况的边界条件,采用动网格技术,搭建了中继阀的三维仿真模型。通过仿真分析计算,得到了各腔室的压力实时变化曲线及运动部件的位移,有助于更直观的了解中继阀动态工作特性,对其结构性能分析有一定的指导意义,为产品开发、改进优化提供了快速、有效的验证手段。
Based on fluid simulation software and structure of relay valve,a dynamic simulation analysis method of moving part which is used to compensate for traditional experiment is introduced in great detail. According to real working condition and boundary conditions,a 3D simulation model is built by dynamic mesh technology. the pressure curve of different chambers and displacement of moving part is reached,which contribute to understand the product dynamic performance,and this simulation method also contributes to the new design and optimize of relay valve.
