单螺杆泵系统温度场数值模拟与分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了单螺杆泵生热的原理,利用有限体积法对液压驱动单螺杆采油系统生热和传热进行了数值模拟,给出了不同工况的泵内温度场分布情况和液流平均温度,并与实际情况进行了比较分析,弥补了单螺杆泵系统温度场难以测量的问题。在此基础上,分析了不同工况对泵温的影响,为泵的合理设计和稳定运行提供了一种新方法。
The theory of single screw pump heat was introduced.The numerical calculate of heat generation and heat transfer based on finite-volume method was presented,and shown the temperature distribution of pump and liquid.The simulation was compared with experiment well,and made up current difficulty.The various cases that effect on the temperature was analyzed,which is a new method for reasonable design and running stability of the pump.
