串联式机械密封温度场研究
Study on Temperature Field of Tandem Arrangement Mechanical Seal

摘要(Abstract):

利用ANSYS和FLUENT软件对密封腔体、转轴、密封组件以及封油的温度场进行了计算。计算过程中考虑了对流传热、热传导、端面摩擦热和介质粘性剪切热的影响。通过计算得到了一定温度下封油流量对密封冲洗冷却效果的影响规律。计算结果能够为高温泵用串联式机械密封的设计和使用提供有益指导。
The temperature fields of seal chamber,shaft and seal components and seal oil were computed with ANSYS and FLUENT.Heat convection,heat conduction,frictional heating and viscous heating were considered during the study.The influence law of cooling effectiveness by flow rate of seal oil at a fixed temperature was got.The result can give us a useful guidance for the design and use of high temperature pump use tandem arrangement mechanical seal.
