摘要(Abstract):

曲轴、连杆是往复活塞式压缩机的关键传动部件,连杆瓦烧瓦将破坏其正常运行。烧瓦处理不及时会导致连杆、曲轴损坏,修复时间长、费用高,给企业带来巨大的经济损失。通过统计分析H22Ⅲ-165/320型压缩机连杆瓦的失效情况与规律,探讨了失效的原因并提出了相应对策,有利于提高连杆瓦使用寿命,及时处理烧瓦问题。
Crankshaft and connecting rod are the key transmission components of reciprocating compressor.Burning of connecting rod bush will break off normal operation of the compressor.Delayed processing will lead to the damage of the connecting rod and Crankshaft and it will bring huge economic loss for enterprises for the high cost and long time to be repaired.It was counted and analyzed the connecting rod bush failure law of H22Ⅲ-165/320 reciprocating compressor and explored the reasons and corresponding countermeasures for failure.It will help to improve the life of connecting rod bush and dill with its burning in time.
